1. New users please read the "User Manual" before the trial flight.
2. Once the aircraft gets stuck for its propeller hits obstacles, please shut down the power by immediately pull the operating arm of the remote controller to the lowest position, otherwise, strong current caused by being stuck will burn out the electronic components.
3. Place turn the aircraft on and then place it on the floor. Turn on the remote controller and the aircraft will pair frequency automatically.
4. Please make sure the battery has been properly installed during charging or flying, otherwise, it may burn out the circuit board and charger instantly! (The battery can not be installed unless with hard efforts if you mistaken the postive and negative poles)

A full refund will be offered if the product is defective (through no fault of your own) within 30 days of receipt. To process a refund we need to confirm the damage by having the product sent back to us. The return shipping fee reimbursement is 35% of the item's price (up to a maximum of $40).
If you’d like to return the product for non-quality issues (you dislike it, or you made a mistake), only 85% of the price will be refunded as a 15% restocking fee applies and you must pay to ship the item back to us.
What’s more, products should be returned in brand new condition with original packaging within 7 days after receiving it. If any accessories or parts were lost, the cost will be deducted from the refund entitled.
Exchanges will be permitted for product quality problems within the first 30 days after delivery receipt. To qualify, please send the item back to us and upon confirmation that the product hasn’t been damaged due to negligence an exchange request will be processed.
Simply disliking a product doesn’t qualify it for exchanges, though in such a case, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a partial refund (see below).
If your product is defective (through no fault of your own) within 3 months from the shipment date, EachBuyer offers free repair. All this is required is you pay shipping to send it back to us. Once fixed, we’ll cover the shipping fee back to you.
If your product is defective (through no fault of your own) after 3 months from the shipment date, free repair is still available, but you would have to cover the cost of shipping both ways.
If the item was damaged through negligence such that parts or components need to be replaced, the original value of the components will be charged before repairs are initiated. .

*Underwear and lingerie are not available for return except in regards to quality issues. In such a case, the quality problem must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt with pictures clearly showing the defect. We do not accept returns because of wrong sizing or underwhelmed expectations. Please consult our sizing charts before ordering or consult a customer service representative in case of doubt.
